You can integrate TradePMR with Koyfin to import client accounts directly into your Client Portfolios. Follow the steps below to set up the connection.
Note: Custodian integrations are available on the Advisor Core plan. Connecting more than one custodian is available on the Advisor Pro plan.
Getting Started: Activation Process
Step 1: Request Access from TradePMR
Before you can import accounts into Koyfin, you need to request a data feed from TradePMR:
- Email datafeeds@tradepmr.com and request to be added to the Koyfin direct feed.
Please CC integrations@koyfin.com on this email so we can assist with the setup process. - In your email, include your branch code(s) or rep code(s).
- TradePMR may require you to complete a Data Feed Authorization Form (provided by them if needed).
- TradePMR may request a list of specific accounts to verify eligibility.
- Depending on your current agreements, client signatures may also be required.
Step 2: Notify Koyfin
After you’ve submitted the data feed request:
- Email help@koyfin.com with your branch/rep code and confirm that you have completed the TradePMR data release process.
Please also provide:
- A user–RepCode mapping: a list matching each Koyfin user email address to their corresponding RepCode in TradePMR.
- The name of the integration admin: this person will have access to all integrated accounts and will be considered the owner of the integration.
Once we have this information, we'll proceed with completing the integration setup.
Step 3: Confirmation and Activation
- TradePMR will confirm the setup with both you and Koyfin once the feed is active.
- A Koyfin Support team member will reach out once your integration setup is complete.
After Connecting
Once the connection is verified, Koyfin automatically pulls all your accounts from TradePMR at the next scheduled overnight sync.
Your accounts will appear in Client Portfolios with the following defaults:
- Each account is created as an individual portfolio, named after the account in TradePMR.
- The Source column shows which integration the account came from.
- All imported accounts are placed under No Household.

Any new accounts added on the TradePMR side will also be pulled in automatically during the next sync.
Organizing Your Accounts
- Moving a single item: In Client Portfolios, hover over the account or portfolio you want to move, click the ⋯ menu, and select Move to.
- Moving multiple items at once: Select the checkboxes next to the accounts or portfolios you want to move, click Bulk Actions above the table, and select Move to. In the modal that appears, choose an existing household or portfolio, or create a new one.

You can move accounts into portfolios, and portfolios into households. When moving in bulk, you can only move items of the same type in a single action.
Any structure you set up is preserved automatically. Overnight updates and new accounts coming in from TradePMR will not change your existing organization.
Data Updates and Manual Sync
Account holdings and positions are updated automatically overnight with the latest data from TradePMR.
To refresh an account during the day, you can trigger a manual sync in two ways:
- From the Client Portfolios page, hover over the account, click the ⋯ menu, and select Sync Account.

- Or open the account and click the Sync Account button in the top bar.

After syncing, the Last Updated column will reflect the latest refresh time.
Note: Integrated accounts are read-only to ensure data stays consistent with TradePMR. You can duplicate an account to create an editable copy.
