Koyfin now supports only two themes: Light Mode and Dark Mode. This update helps create a more consistent and reliable experience across the product.

What changed

All previous themes have been consolidated into two standard options:

  • Light Mode
    This is the new default Koyfin theme.
    It replaces Default Koyfin, Old Koyfin, and other light-based themes.

  • Dark Mode
    This is the newly named version of Midnight Blue.
    It replaces all previous dark themes.

Your theme will be automatically migrated to the closest matching option:

How to switch themes

You can switch themes at any time:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open Colors & Themes
  3. Select Light Mode or Dark Mode

FAQ

Why was my theme chosen for me? Your previous theme was mapped to the closest visual match. Dark themes (Midnight Blue, Monochrome, Pitch Black, Deep Ocean) moved to Dark Mode, and light themes (Default Koyfin, Old Koyfin) moved to Light Mode.

Will my theme change automatically? Yes. You don't need to do anything. If your theme was one of the deprecated options, the migration happens automatically.

Can I switch back to my old theme? The previous themes are no longer available, but you can switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode at any time in Settings.
