Yes, you can pay monthly instead of annually. Choose the monthly option on the pricing page and you will be able to pay on a per month basis. The monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan.
Yes, to change your plan, simply go into the Admin section in your profile (top right of Koyfin) and click on the ‘Plans & Billing’ option. From there, pick the desired plan, and enjoy!
If you were a user of Koyfin before paid plans were introduced, you did not lose any data. Any dashboards or templates you created remain available to you.
However, if you exceed a certain limit of dashboards, watchlists or chart templates, you won’t be able to modify them until you go below the limit for your plan.
Yes, plans auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel your plan, and it will not auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle.
You’ll continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the billing period.
