Do I have to pay for Koyfin?

We offer a robust free tier for users that want to research stocks and track market trends. The Plus and Pro tiers offer advanced data and functionality for investors that want to go deeper in their research.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds because Koyfin has a robust free plan to experience the data and analytics we offer. If you don’t want to commit to the annual plan, try the monthly option.

Can I pay monthly for Koyfin?

Yes, you can pay monthly instead of annually. Choose the monthly option on the pricing page and you will be able to pay on a per month basis. The monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan.

Can I modify my plan?

Yes, to change your plan, simply go into the Admin section in your profile (top right of Koyfin) and click on the ‘Plans & Billing’ option. From there, pick the desired plan, and enjoy!

Did I lose any data after paid versions were introduced?

If you were a user of Koyfin before paid plans were introduced, you did not lose any data. Any dashboards or templates you created remain available to you.

However, if you exceed a certain limit of dashboards, watchlists or chart templates, you won’t be able to modify them until you go below the limit for your plan.

Will my plan auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle?

Yes, plans auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel your plan, and it will not auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle.

You’ll continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the billing period.

How do I pay for my Koyfin account?

Our payments are secured and handled by Stripe and we accept major credit cards.
