v3.88: A new way to organize Client Portfolios
We've redesigned how Client Portfolios are structured to give you more flexibility in how you organize client assets.
Accounts can now be assigned directly to Households without requiring a portfolio layer. This gives you the flexibility to present client assets in either two layers (Households and Accounts) or three layers (Households, Portfolios, and Accounts).
Your existing structures are not affected by these updates.
Editing Portfolios, Households, and Accounts
The Edit Portfolio and Edit Household modals now contain settings for that level only: Name, Currency, Benchmark, Annual Fee Amount, and Collection Period.
To edit an account, open it directly and click Edit Account. From there you can manage account settings, holdings, and cash position.
Moving accounts
Select an account, or multiple accounts using the checkboxes, and choose Move To. You can assign them to a Household or a Portfolio. Portfolio assignment is optional.
Integration imports
Accounts imported via an integration appear as a flat list under "No Households." You can then organize them into Households and Portfolios as needed.
