Model Portfolio Groups
You can now organize the Model Portfolios homepage into named groups, reorder models by dragging, and delete or remove several models at once. Group models by strategy, risk profile, or client segment so the right model is easier to find when reviewing portfolios or preparing recommendations.
Group your portfolios
Portfolios you haven't grouped stay in an area pinned to the top of the table, with your named groups positioned below it.
Create a group in one of two ways:
- From selected portfolios. Select one or more portfolios using the checkboxes in the first column, open Bulk Actions in the toolbar, choose Move to, then Create new group. Name the group and click Apply.
- As an empty group. Click + New group at the bottom of the ungrouped area, type a name, and click Add group. You can add portfolios to it later.
Collapse groups
Click the arrow beside a group's name to collapse or expand it.
To collapse or expand every group at once, open Group in the toolbar and choose Collapse All or Expand All.
Order your groups
Open Group in the toolbar to sort your groups Ascending, Descending, or Default.
Default keeps the order you set yourself. To set that order, drag a group into place or use the up and down arrows on its header.
Rename or delete a group
Hover over the group header, then click the pencil next to the name to rename it, or open the group's three-dot menu for Edit Group Name and Delete Group. Deleting a group returns its portfolios to the ungrouped area at the top and does not delete the portfolios themselves.
Groups are personal. Only you can see the groups you create, and sharing a portfolio doesn't share the group it's in. Grouping is a means of organization and does not aggregate models.
Reorder and move models by dragging
Dragging organizes portfolios without opening a menu:
- Reorder. Drag any portfolio to a new position in the list.
- Move into a group. Drag a portfolio onto a group, either an empty group or a specific position among its existing members.
- Move several at once. Select portfolios with the checkboxes and drag them together, as an alternative to Move to in Bulk Actions.
Delete models in bulk
Select the portfolios you want to remove using the checkboxes in the first column, then open Bulk Actions in the toolbar and choose Delete.
Owned and shared portfolios. Portfolios you own are permanently deleted. Portfolios that were shared with you are removed from your view instead, and the action reads Remove when everything you've selected is a shared portfolio.
