v3.65: Custom Report Pages

Custom Report Pages allow you to personalize client reports in Koyfin by adding your own branded content. These pages are designed to help you tell your firm's story, explain your investment approach, and add context or commentary to your proposals. This makes your reports more engaging, informative, and aligned with how you communicate with clients.

Custom Pages

You can add custom content in 4 main page formats. Each layout comes with multiple configuration options so you can control how content is structured and displayed.

Editorial pages

Add formatted text and images. Use these pages to highlight your investment philosophy, market outlook, or firm overview.

Team pages

Introduce your team with headshots, titles, designations, and bios.

Macro Graphs Pages

Directly insert macro charts into your presentation, with space to add your own commentary.

Feature cards

Use these visual layouts to highlight your values, services, or investment process with icons, text, and branding.


How to Create a Report

  1. Go to Model Portfolios or Client Portfolios
  2. Select the household, portfolio, or account level you want to create a report for.
  3. Click the "Create Report" button in the top-right corner.
  1. Fill in the report details (name, primary portfolio, comparison options)
  2. After you complete the setup, the report builder will open.

How to Add Custom Pages

  1. In the report builder, go to the "Pages" tab and click "Add Custom Page"
  1. Choose a layout: Editorial, Team, Macro Graph, or Feature Cards.
  2. Add your content: images, text, charts, and more.
  3. Drag and drop to reorder pages as needed.

How to Share a Report Template

  1. Save your report as a template to reuse and share across your team
  2. When creating a new report, shared templates will appear alongside your own
  3. To share a template, hover over it and click the "Share" button
  4. Invite teammates and assign roles (Editor or Viewer)
